Two positions available at Maltese Community Council of Victoria

The Maltese Community Council of Victoria is seeking two motivated and highly skilled people to coordinate and manage their aged care programs. Applications are invited for the following two job vacancies in its Welfare Program Team from suitably qualified and experienced candidates:

• Case Manager (Level 1 & 2) - Home Care Packages
• Coordinator - Planned Activity Groups
